Movement has always been a part of living fully and maintaining our ability to learn through our body. At Concept, we practice yoga that stretches, strengthens, and substantiates; that opens up the spaces of our inner landscape and develops self-organization. Breathing that tunes the instrument of our body. And awareness that stitches together the narrative of the self.

We don’t just teach movement. Our approach is about pathmaking— creating new pathways in mind and body to go where you want to go and do it with more ease. We help you bridge the gap between knowing what’s good for you and actually living it.

Pathmaking

Being in a communal experience, belonging in an embodied way, ensures that we don’t fall into the traps of the personal. Workshops and other events, often in collaboration with Neicy Frey Art, give us the opportunty to share space, values, and knowledge creation with others. We host monthly events along with seasonal workshops, guest teachers, and other community events.

This is a space to move, create, and gather where values and knowledge are the destination. Where, we develop a new kind of belonging, an embodied one, where instead of being transactional it is transformational. Where mental health and physical health are not separate.
